Q: What are your shipping methods and timeframe?


A: We ship via Canada post. This is the most cost effective method available in Canada. Shipping times for Canada and the United States average roughly 10-15 Business days to arrive at their destination once shipped.


International shipping takes roughly 10-20 days, all international sales are shipped via air mail. This is to insure you receive your items in the fastest manner possible. Besides Canada and the United States, we currently ship internationally to the United Kingdom, France, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand, Finland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Germany and many other countries worldwide. You will find our full list available upon checkout.


We can ship to other destinations if your payment is by bitcoins only. Please contact us if your country does not appear in our shipping list upon checkout and you wish to pay with bitcoins.


Use these time frames as reference only, as through experience we have found many orders arrive much faster and some slightly slower due to your countries customs officials.



Q: Does my order qualify for free shipping?


A: All orders placed on our website from the United States and Canada offer free shipping. Items placed via our "auctions tab" on eBay, will not have free shipping. Free shipping is also not available at this time for international orders, a small low cost shipping fee will be applied for these international orders.



Q: What currency are items on this website denominated in?


A: This is a Canadian website and business, therefore all prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars.



Q: Can I ship to an address different than my billing address?


A: This can be accomplished, but we must first be contacted to approve this method of shipping.  Also if you choose to ship via this method we cannot be held accountable for lost items in the mailing system, as this is a common method of fraud.


As long as you know the address is 100% correct that you wish your item to be shipped to, there should be no issues.



Q: What is your return policy?


A: We accept returned items, for up to 31 days from the date they were purchased. This allows enough time for your items to arrive at your location, be inspected and make your decision.


The only items that cannot be returned, and are final sale, is clothing. Please ensure your size before ordering items of this type. Due to the nature of clothing, for hygenic purposes we cannot accept returns on clothing.


We must be contacted within the 31 day time frame, or returns will not be honored. Once the item has been successfully returned to our warehouse, we will inspect all items to ensure their quality. Items must be returned in the same condition they were sent.


If your item is in the condition we sent it, then you will be fully refunded for the item cost, minus shipping fees. We cannot refund shipping expenses, unless by the odd chance, we sent you the incorrect item. We would then refund your shipping costs.



Q: What type of payment methods do you accept?


A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Bitcoin and Litecoin at this moment.



Q: Why is my payment being declined?


A: If your payment is being declined it may be due to address verification failure. Please make sure the registration billing information entered matches the records from your credit card company.



Q: Do I have to pay duties and taxes?


A: If you are an international buyer, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer, as these are not issued by us and have nothing to do with "All Things Luxury", they are issued by your country of residence. International buyers will not be charged sales taxes although.


If you are a Canadian residence your will have to pay provincial sales tax, as we are a registered business and legally have to collect these taxes.



Q: Do you ship internationally?


A: Besides Canada and the United States we do ship internationally. At this moment we ship to the United Kingdom, France, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand.. If you discover that we are unable to ship to your location, please be aware that it has nothing to do with you personally. We unfortunately can make no exceptions with shipping to these countries, at this time.
